that phrase popped up in my mind on first day of 2025, after some thinking on intentions to set for the coming while. i'd been largely aimless for a while, so it feels like a useful reminder. this page will merely be a note to myself.
ways to help know

- what brings you joy/fulfillment?
- be kind but honest with your limitations (i'd rather live slow)
- be specific!
- what needs attention in your immediate life?
- bodily needs
- emotional needs
- long(ish)-term pursuits
- stuff you want to do that feels fulfilling

- will it make me happy to keep around / do / pursue?
on the reverse
- what feels like a distraction?
- what overwhelms you? (sensorily, mentally)

pay attention
- moving out (For Real)
